What’s everybody reading at the moment? I’m reading a lovely book called Dwellings: A Spiritual History of the Natural World by Linda Hogan. It’s non-fiction, about her real-life encounters and experiences with nature, interwoven with Native American traditions and myths. Very easy and joyful to read!

I’m reading The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. I’m a Christian and read this book 16 years ago. It really help me finding some direction in life. I’m reading it again now and it’s good to be reminded of what was important. I’m also reading a book called Treating Epilepsy Naturally. It’s an interesting book.

Wow, these both sound fascinating! What kind of methods do they suggest in Treating Epilepsy Naturally?

In a nutshell is the standard no-sugar, no-junk diet, with smaller portions of food during the day plus some vitamins for supplement. It says as well in the book that it’s equally important to look after the state of our mind. Apparently if our minds and bodies are locked in conflict of struggle and unhappiness, it doesn’t always allow for the proper digestion and absorption of nutrients.

I’m thinking of going down the audiobook route just to alleviate eye strain.
